Our clients are those who want a practical approach to organizing their home to fit their busy, everyday life. They value their personal time and choose to invest in their freedom and focus on enjoying life, by doing the things they love, with the ones they love.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE CONSULTATION?

You can expect a discussion, that typically last one hour, and an honest assessment of your organization needs. It’s best if you don’t attempt to organize the space prior to our visit - we want to see things the way you see it on a daily basis, to fully understand your challenges. We will ask questions regarding your organization goals and the vision for your space, take measurements, and photos (for planning). At this time, we will also establish a budget for purchasing potential organization products. You can choose to use items that you currently have on hand, however with a new system, the space may benefit from product(s) to be purchased. Based on this initial session, we will provide an estimate for the total project cost/hours.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR THE PROJECT(S)?

You can expect Hello Sorted to make the best use of the project time and achieve functional organizing goals to fit your lifestyle. Our team will remove, declutter, sort, and finish with a time-saving solution for you to easily maintain.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE PROJECT(S)?

Other than the initial consultation, you do not need to be present. Some clients choose to be involved and pick up some organizing tips to apply to other projects. It’s completely up to you.

ARE THE ORGANIZING PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICING?

Since each space is customized, any organizational products (bins, containers, etc.) purchased is a separate fee to the client. During your consultation, we will discuss this option further and establish a budget that you’re comfortable with. If you choose not to purchase product, we will work to organize your space with the items that you have on hand.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Our complimentary consultation and hourly rate includes travel costs for projects within a 30 mile radius — generating from the South Bend, IN area. Extended distances and travel time costs will be discussed prior to your consultation.
